Context and objective

As part of Nissan’s network development in the Turin area, Progim Sign was appointed to manage the external fit-out of the official Nissan signage for the Autoingros site in Borgaro Torinese.

The objective of the intervention was to align the external image of both the showroom and the service area with Nissan’s latest corporate standards, strengthen the brand presence, and ensure clear, coordinated visibility of the Autoingros business name alongside the Nissan brand.

Scope of work: showroom and service area

The intervention specifically concerned the external areas of the site, with the supply and installation of the main Nissan Corporate Identity elements for both the showroom and the service department.

For the external showroom area, the following were installed:

  • Nissan wordmark;
  • Nissan “tablet” sign;
  • Autoingros business name (dealer name) with dedicated backing panel;
  • free-standing totems;
  • customisation of an existing totem.

For the service area, the following were produced and installed:

  • Nissan brand panel;
  • neutral service fascia band.

Production and involved partners

The signage was manufactured by Visotec, an approved supplier for Nissan Corporate Identity. Progim Sign managed the on-site receipt of all supplies and organised every activity required for installation.

The workflow was coordinated by Project Manager Diego Canidio in close collaboration with both the Autoingros dealer team and Visotec, aligning site logistics, delivery of components, and preparation of the installation phases.

Project book and operational setup

Before installation, Progim Sign carried out an executive site survey, used to prepare a dedicated project book for the Borgaro Torinese location.

The project book summarised the signage layouts for the showroom and service façades, the positioning of totems and backing panels, and the key technical installation notes, in full compliance with the Nissan Corporate Identity manual.

On-site installation

Installation was carried out by a specialised crew supported by a crane and an aerial platform, ensuring safe operations at height and on the most complex façade areas.

On site, the works included:

  • removal and adjustment of existing elements;
  • installation of the new showroom and service signage;
  • customisation of the existing totem;
  • fixing of the Autoingros business name with its backing panel.

Activities were scheduled to minimise impact on the dealership’s day-to-day operations.

Compliance with Nissan standards

All installed supplies at the Autoingros Borgaro Torinese site are approved to Nissan standards, including formats, materials, lighting, finishes, and installation methods.

Technical project management prioritised full compliance with head-office specifications, alignment with European brand guidelines, and achievement of the visibility and recognisability targets required by Nissan.

Outcome

The project received very positive feedback from both the Nissan contact and the Autoingros dealer team, who acknowledged the quality of the intervention and the clean overall finish.

Today, the Nissan Autoingros – Borgaro Torinese site presents an external image fully aligned with Nissan standards, with clearly identified showroom and service areas and a readable, coherent street-facing presence reflecting the site’s role within the network.

This intervention further confirms Progim Sign’s role as a specialised partner for external identification and rebranding projects in the automotive sector—from the project book preparation through to the installation of approved signage.
