Site: Renault Trucks Headquarters
Address: Via Pisacane, 31, Pero (MI)
Project Manager: Stefania Scura

Project Objective

The intervention at the Renault Trucks Headquarters aimed to rebrand the exterior by installing new visual elements to update the headquarters’ image according to Renault’s new corporate identity. The project included the replacement of existing signage.

Planning and Coordination

Progim Sign conducted technical surveys to assess the existing provisions and plan the mounting process to ensure an efficient installation. The project was carried out in two distinct phases:

  • 2023: Installation of Renault Trucks channel letters on the façade.
  • 2025: Installation of new logos and totem retrofit.

Prolicht, an approved supplier for Renault Trucks, produced the signage, while Progim Sign managed site operations and installation, ensuring full compliance with European standards and operational efficiency.

Installation and Logistics

The installation included:

  • Renault Trucks channel letters, mounted on the main façade to reinforce the brand identity.
  • Totem retrofit, involving the replacement of front panels while maintaining the existing structure.
  • Coordination with the dealership’s team to ensure an optimized workflow and minimize disruptions to business activities.

Materials were delivered directly to the site and unloaded using appropriate equipment, optimizing logistics to meet the scheduled installation timeline.

The Renault Trucks Headquarters now features a renewed image aligned with the latest brand standards. The project significantly improved the visibility and aesthetic impact of the headquarters, strengthening the brand’s visual identity.

The client expressed satisfaction with the coordination and quality of the installation. Progim Sign continues to stand out in the management of large-scale rebranding projects, delivering tailor-made solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality, and technical precision.
