KIA showroom fit-out for Vento Madonna dell’Olmo

Progim Sign completed the full KIA fit-out for the Vento site in Madonna dell’Olmo, in the province of Cuneo. The intervention involved the main elements of the showroom – furnishings, walls and arch – with the aim of creating an interior space consistent with the brand’s visual identity and with the standards required by the KIA network.

The project was developed through the coordination of preparatory activities, the production of elements through approved suppliers, logistics management of the materials and on-site installation. All operational phases were managed by Stefania Scura and Mattia Molteni Bassi, Progim Sign Project Managers, who oversaw activity planning, communication with the dealership and the organisation of the installation.

A complete site for the KIA image

The project for Vento Madonna dell’Olmo involved a complete site, with the integration of the interior elements required for the KIA space.

Furnishings, walls and the arch help create a recognisable, orderly environment aligned with the manufacturer’s standards. In a dealership, the consistency of interior spaces is essential to strengthen brand perception and guide customers through a clear, well-structured environment.

During the development of the intervention, coordination with KIA representatives Luca Di Matteo, KIA Dealer Network Analysis Specialist, and Alessandra Patota, KIA Space Identity and Contract Specialist, helped maintain continuity between the brand guidelines and their concrete application inside the showroom.

Furnishings, walls and arch for the showroom

The fit-out included the installation of furniture, walls and the Infinity Front. These elements form the showroom’s visual system and help define the presence of the KIA brand within the site.

In the Vento Madonna dell’Olmo project, the Infinity Front was a wall-mounted version, but ceiling preparation by the dealership was still required to allow the arch to be fixed correctly. This preparatory step made it possible to complete the installation in compliance with the site’s technical requirements.

Thanks to the coordination work carried out by the Progim Sign Project Managers, it was possible to keep the dealership’s operational needs, design guidelines and planned timelines aligned, ensuring continuity between preparation, delivery and installation.

Fit-out elements and project development

The production phase involved approved suppliers for each category of element. Vizona produced the furniture, Grosfillex handled the walls and Absolute supplied the arch/Infinity Front.

The graphic layout was developed by QUOIN, which provided the design basis required to organise the fit-out and ensure consistency between the KIA visual identity and the internal configuration of the dealership.

Collaboration between the different parties involved made it possible to comply with the standards required by the brand and create a space perfectly integrated with the KIA concept.

Material management and on-site installation

The material was stored at the Progim Sign warehouse and subsequently transported to the site for installation. This management approach made it possible to control the logistics phases and organise the installation according to the needs of the dealership.

Installation was carried out by a two-person team, responsible for completing the installation of the elements included in the project.

A positive result for the Vento Madonna dell’Olmo site

The final result was positively assessed. The intervention made it possible to complete the KIA interior fit-out of the Vento site in Madonna dell’Olmo, creating a space consistent with the brand image and functional for welcoming customers.

The project confirms Progim Sign’s role in managing coordinated interventions for automotive showrooms, where organisation, approved suppliers, graphic layout and installation must work together to translate manufacturer standards into a concrete and recognisable result.
