Client: DR Group – TIGER brand
Dealer: Fratelli Davighi
Address: Via Reggio 31/A, Parma
Progim Sign Project Manager: Diego Canidio
A targeted update to make the site immediately recognisable
For the Fratelli Davighi site in Parma, Progim Sign managed an external identification project dedicated to the TIGER brand by DR Group. The objective was to strengthen the brand’s presence on the façade and give the dealership a more orderly and coherent appearance, with a clear result from the moment the customer arrives.
The work took place in a site context where some building finishes were still being completed. The operational schedule was therefore planned to integrate the installation of the new signage with the ongoing works, without causing delays.
Technical surveys and adaptation of the head office project
The base project was provided by the head office. Following the executive technical survey, Progim Sign reviewed the dimensions and positioning to align the solution with the real measurements of the site and the characteristics of the façade.
This phase made it possible to move from a standard layout to a perfectly tailored installation, while maintaining compliance with the brand’s guidelines.
In-house production and on-site material reception
The production of the elements required for the intervention was managed internally by Progim Sign, with delivery and material reception handled directly on site.
No specific administrative procedures were required: the work was organised to focus on preparation and installation, coordinating timing and access with the dealership.
Elements installed on the façade
The TIGER external identification was created through:
- background cladding in the standard TIGER colour, metallic green;
- TIGER logo and TIGER lettering as separate elements;
- dealer name positioned above the entrance.
The combination of cladding, brand mark and dealership name made it possible to create a more legible and coherent frontage, enhancing the entrance and making the association between the site and the brand immediate.
On-site coordination with the dealership’s technicians
Scheduling was managed by Project Manager Diego Canidio in coordination with the dealership’s technicians and Andrea Davighi, the dealer’s reference contact, with the aim of optimising the installation day.
The activities were also aligned with the technical works already underway on site, in order to:
- manage the opening of the required cladding sections in an orderly way;
- adjust and realign the electrical connections during installation;
- use lifting equipment efficiently, avoiding duplication.
Installation: one team, compact timing
Installation was carried out by a single two-person team, using lifting equipment to operate safely at the required heights.
The organisation of the activities made it possible to complete the installation in line with the schedule agreed with the dealership.
Result
The intervention delivered clearer and more immediate TIGER external identification, with an orderly façade and an entrance enhanced by the cladding and brand elements.
The client’s feedback was very positive, confirming the effectiveness of the coordination between surveys, project adaptation and on-site installation.
