Client: Volkswagen Group Italia
Site: Škoda Service Partner – authorised workshop network
Project Managers: Stefania Scura, Mattia Molteni Bassi
A national programme that can now be considered complete
The project launched across the Škoda Service Partner network was not a single isolated intervention, but an extensive nationwide signage update programme. As already stated in the article published by Progim Sign in March 2025, the objective was to replace the existing signs at authorised workshops throughout Italy, aligning them with the standards required by Volkswagen Group Italia.
Today, that process has reached its goal: the 200 planned sites were completed in the first months of 2026, marking the conclusion of a structured plan designed to give the entire Škoda aftersales network a consistent visual identity.
From ongoing project to completed network
In the first public update on the project, Progim Sign described a plan that had started in September 2024, with around 90 installations already completed and a gradual rollout organised by geographical areas.
Today’s update presents a completely different picture: the regions that were still pending at that time have now also been completed, bringing the programme to a close across the entire territory involved. The most important step is not only numerical, but systemic: the network now presents a homogeneous and coherent image, with no further differences between areas already updated and areas still awaiting intervention.
A project built on continuity and control
A programme of this scale requires much more than simply installing signs. It means organising logistics, installation sequences, territorial distribution, depot management, final documentation, and operational continuity at every single site.
Progim Sign managed the activity with constant coordination throughout all phases, under the supervision of Stefania Scura and Mattia Molteni Bassi. Signage production was entrusted to Westiform, an approved manufacturer for Volkswagen Group Italia, while installation involved both single-sided wall-mounted signs and double-sided signs on existing poles, with the necessary adaptations according to the actual conditions of each site.
Result
With the completion of 200 sites in the first months of 2026, the Škoda Service Partner signage update programme has achieved its objective: providing the entire network with a uniform, legible visual identity aligned with corporate standards.
The intervention confirms Progim Sign’s ability to manage large-scale Corporate Identity programmes across distributed networks, where the true value lies not only in the installation of each individual element, but in the ability to bring a national plan to completion while maintaining consistency, quality, and control throughout the entire process.
