KIA interior fit-out for Campello Motors Venice
Progim Sign completed the KIA interior fit-out for Campello Motors Venice, working on the main showroom elements: furniture, walls and Infinity Front. The project required operational coordination between Progim Sign and the dealership, particularly for the ceiling preparation needed to correctly secure the arch.
Managed by Project Managers Stefania Scura and Mattia Molteni Bassi, the intervention was developed based on the graphic layout provided by QUOIN and in collaboration with KIA representatives Luca Di Matteo, Dealer Network Analysis Specialist, and Alessandra Patota, Space Identity and Contract Specialist. The involvement of approved suppliers also ensured full compliance with the brand’s standards.
A showroom consistent with the KIA image
The intervention at Campello Motors Venice focused on the dealership’s interior spaces, with the aim of making the environment more consistent with KIA’s visual identity.
In an automotive showroom, the interior fit-out helps define the customer experience and strengthen brand recognisability. Furniture, walls and Infinity Front work together to create an orderly, legible space aligned with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Progim Sign managed the delivery of the intervention by handling operational organisation, material logistics and on-site installation, coordinating all activities required to meet the agreed timing and standards.
Furniture, walls and Infinity Front
The fit-out included the installation of furniture, walls and Infinity Front. These elements define the showroom’s visual language and help organise the interior spaces according to a coordinated image.
In the case of Campello Motors Venice, the Infinity Front was self-supporting, but the dealership had to reinforce the ceiling to allow the arch to be fixed correctly. This preparatory activity created the conditions needed to complete the installation in line with the project requirements.
The intervention is part of the broader programme to update KIA spaces, where compliance with the manufacturer’s guidelines is essential to ensure consistency and recognisability across the network.
Approved suppliers and graphic layout
The production of the interior elements involved approved suppliers specialised in the different components of the fit-out. Vizona produced the furniture, Grosfillex handled the walls and Absolute supplied the arch and Infinity Front.
The graphic layout developed by QUOIN served as the design reference for the organisation of the interior spaces, allowing each element to be integrated consistently with KIA’s visual identity and with the instructions shared by the brand representatives.
Activity organisation and logistics management
The preparatory phase included a summary communication of the works and direct contact with the dealership to coordinate the activities required for the intervention.
Thanks to the coordination of Stefania Scura and Mattia Molteni Bassi, the material was stored at the Progim Sign warehouse and subsequently delivered to the dealership on the scheduled installation day. This logistics management made it possible to keep the operational flow orderly and facilitate the work of the installation team.
Installation and final result
Installation was carried out by a two-person team, responsible for completing the fitting of the interior elements included in the project.
The final result was positively assessed. The intervention carried out by Progim Sign for Campello Motors Venice made it possible to update the showroom with a coherent, recognisable interior fit-out aligned with KIA standards, enhancing the dealership’s spaces and strengthening the presence of the brand within the site.
