Client: KIA Italia
Dealership: Pasquarelli – Giulianova
Address: Via Galileo Galilei, 395 – Giulianova
Progim Sign Project Managers: Mattia Molteni Bassi, Stefania Scura
A complete site: KIA format, customer experience and visual consistency
For the Pasquarelli site in Giulianova, Progim Sign managed a KIA rebranding project with a clear focus: bringing the entire dealership into full alignment with the official format—working on furnishings, wall finishes, and the brand’s distinctive architectural feature: the arch.
In projects like this, it is not about simply “adding” elements, but about building a coherent whole: routes, materials, finishes and volumes must work together to deliver an orderly, contemporary and immediately recognisable customer experience.
Operational management and the role of the Project Managers
The project was managed by Project Managers Mattia Molteni Bassi and Stefania Scura, who oversaw the key phases: activity planning, supplier coordination, work-window scheduling and progress control, with the objective of meeting timelines and KIA format requirements.
Coordination with KIA Italia was supported by Luca Di Matteo (KIA Dealer Network Analysis Specialist) and Alessandra Patota (KIA Space Identity and Contract Specialist), ensuring ongoing alignment with network standards and space identity.
Supplies and involved partners
To complete the fit-out according to the required standards, Progim Sign coordinated multiple suppliers and components:
- Vizona for the primary furnishings supply;
- Grosfillex and Absolute for specific components integrated into the layout (wood-effect walls and the wall-mounted Infinity Front, respectively).
Coordination across different supplies was essential to guarantee both aesthetic uniformity and technical compatibility in terms of materials, dimensions and installation methods.
Furnishings, walls and Infinity Front: the three pillars of the intervention
The intervention focused on three macro-areas that define the perception of the dealership:
- Furnishings: integration of showroom elements according to the layout, with emphasis on functionality and spatial order.
- Walls: creation and/or update of key surfaces to achieve visual continuity, clean lines and consistency with the finishes specified by the format.
- Infinity Front: installation of the brand element in a wall-mounted version, integrated into the layout to ensure immediate KIA brand recognition. Ceiling preparation was handled by the dealership.
Result
Today, Pasquarelli Giulianova presents itself as a complete site aligned with KIA’s visual language: a coherent, readable environment designed to guide customers along a clear path, with furnishings and architectural elements integrated harmoniously.
For Progim Sign, this project confirms the ability to manage rebranding interventions involving multiple components and suppliers, while maintaining control over operational phases and ensuring final consistency across the dealership.
