Client: Scania
Dealership: Milan East Branch
Address: Brugherio
Project Manager: Adele Bernardi

For the Scania branch in Brugherio, Progim Sign managed an intervention dedicated to the external identification of the site, with the aim of strengthening the branch’s recognisability through the installation of elements consistent with the brand’s standards.

The activity focused exclusively on the external areas and centred on the technical and operational management required to verify the feasibility of the intervention, organise on-site activities and coordinate the final installation.

An exterior intervention to strengthen brand presence

For the Scania branch in Brugherio, the intervention involved the installation of several external communication and identification elements, including:

  • Scania Pylon H/9500
  • Word Mark Sign
  • Symbol Lightbox
  • Dealer Name
  • Vehicle Bay
  • Directional Sign

These elements help improve the visibility of the site, support visitor orientation and ensure a brand presence consistent with Scania’s international standards.
Progim Sign operated within an organised workflow involving approved partners, managing the technical activities, site surveys and operational feasibility checks.

Technical surveys and feasibility assessment

Before installation, technical surveys were carried out on site. This phase made it possible to analyse the characteristics of the intervention area and define the most suitable operational methods for delivering the project.

Planning also included a dedicated site inspection, which was essential for correctly organising the subsequent activities and ensuring efficient management of material handling and installation of the external elements.

Production and coordination with approved partners

The production phase involved Visotec and Visotec sp. z o.o. In particular, Visotec sp. z o.o. managed direct contact with the client, signage production, graphic design and the preparation of the project book.

Collaboration between the approved partners ensured compliance with the standards required by the brand and with the planned operational specifications, while Progim Sign focused its contribution on technical verification, operational organisation, work coordination and on-site installation.

Material unloading and on-site installation

Material reception was organised directly at the intervention site. A crane was used for unloading and was also employed during the installation phase.

Work at height was carried out using a self-propelled aerial platform, selected to ensure safety and efficiency during installation. The combination of crane and aerial platform made it possible to correctly manage the handling and installation of the different elements included in the project, including the Scania pylon, identification signs and directional signage.

A successfully completed project

The project for the Scania branch in Brugherio was completed successfully. The intervention made it possible to finalise the installation of the external identification system through careful management of the technical activities, logistics and installation operations.

Thanks to the coordination of the different operational phases and collaboration with specialised partners, Progim Sign contributed to the delivery of an intervention capable of enhancing the presence of the Scania brand, improving site identification and providing clear, effective visual communication for customers and visitors.
