Applying a Corporate Identity to a dealership is about more than following brand guidelines. It means adapting those standards to the real architecture, layout and practical constraints of a specific site.

That was the approach taken at Auto La Torre in Pontassieve, where Progim Sign managed the rebranding project for the EVO brand by DR Automobiles, coordinating every stage needed to take the new visual identity from design through to final installation.

The project was overseen by Project Manager Diego Canidio, who acted as the main point of contact between the dealership, the design process, the supply of the required elements and the installation team.

Adapting EVO Corporate Identity to the site

The starting point was the visual identity defined for the EVO brand.

Before moving into design development, Progim Sign carried out the necessary site surveys and technical checks at the Pontassieve dealership. The aim was to understand how the Corporate Identity guidelines could be applied effectively to the actual building and its specific characteristics.

The project therefore had to balance two requirements: maintaining the recognisability of the EVO brand while adapting the solution to the dealership’s existing spaces and site conditions.

This is where the site survey plays a key role. It allows the team to identify how the brand elements can be integrated correctly before the project reaches the installation stage.

Developing the project before installation

The information gathered on site provided the basis for defining the identification elements required for the dealership.

Progim Sign developed the project in line with EVO Corporate Identity and carried it through to the final definition of all the elements needed for the rebranding.

Installation was therefore not treated as a separate activity, but as the final step in a process that began with understanding the site and continued through design development, technical checks and supply planning.

Coordinating supply, materials and installation

Once the project had been finalised, Progim Sign coordinated the supply of the identification elements required for Auto La Torre.

This also included managing the receipt and organisation of the materials ahead of the installation work.

Coordinating these stages helps ensure continuity between the approved project and what is ultimately installed on site, allowing the installation to be scheduled around the dealership’s operational requirements.

Bringing the EVO rebranding to completion

The final stage involved installing the identification elements at the Via Aretina dealership.

Progim Sign organised and coordinated the work with specialised installers, ensuring that the finished result was consistent with both the approved project and EVO brand standards.

Managing the entire process from the initial survey through to final installation helped keep the brand identity, the characteristics of the site and the finished result aligned throughout.

Turning brand standards into a site-specific solution

The Auto La Torre Pontassieve project highlights a key aspect of automotive rebranding: Corporate Identity guidelines provide a clear framework, but they still need to be adapted to dealerships that differ in architecture, layout and operating conditions.

For this project, Progim Sign managed that transition from the initial site assessment through to design development, supply coordination and final installation.

With Diego Canidio overseeing the entire process, the Auto La Torre dealership in Pontassieve was brought in line with the EVO brand identity through a solution designed around the real characteristics of the site.
