When external identification becomes wayfinding

In Verona, at Autouno’s site on Via Flavio Gioia, Progim Sign managed a targeted intervention for Geely Jameel Motors, delivering external signage designed to bring order to access points, the main entrance and traffic flows.

The work started on site with a technical survey, essential to assess real dimensions and spaces and to translate network guidelines into a solution that was installable, clean and consistent.

Project scope

For this project, Progim Sign managed the site survey, partial production and installation, focusing on the most strategic elements for site recognition: Totem, Entrance Pylon and Directional signage. Different components, designed to work as a single system: a primary marker for brand identification, a clear entrance reference and a guidance element to direct flows.

Progim Sign production: custom elements for the site

The Totem, Entrance Pylon and Directional signage were produced by Progim Sign and installed on site, working on alignments, positioning and finishing to ensure an orderly final result.

The project was managed by Project Managers Adele Bernardi and Francesco Barbaglio, who coordinated the operational phases: measurement checks, installation planning, on-site coordination and final inspections—ensuring continuity between the initial setup and the delivered outcome.

Integration with network and overall site layout

The intervention was developed in dialogue with the project stakeholders: Mariano Dalla Pozza for alignment with Geely – Jameel Motors network requirements, and Quoin for consistency within the overall site layout—ensuring the external elements were integrated without inconsistencies.

Result

Today, the Autouno – Verona site features a clearer and more structured external identity: the totem strengthens brand presence, the Entrance Pylon makes the access point immediately recognisable, and the directional signage guides flows with clarity.

An intervention essential in components, but decisive in outcome: recognisability, order and wayfinding—fully aligned with Geely – Jameel Motors standards.
