Project Objective

The intervention at Gruppo Bossoni SPA aimed to align the dealership’s image with MG Motor’s corporate standards, ensuring comprehensive brand identification across both interior and exterior spaces. The project involved the installation of signage, graphics, and furnishings, creating a cohesive and brand-aligned visual identity.

Planning and Coordination

Progim Sign, with support from dealership representative Emanuele Bertanza, oversaw the site management, ensuring that all necessary preparations were executed correctly. The coordination efforts involved architects, technicians, and the MG Motor team, guaranteeing adherence to brand guidelines.

The preparatory activities included:

  • Technical surveys and project design, followed by client approval.
  • Coordination with the dealership for construction work and infrastructure preparation.
  • Production and installation scheduling, including logistics organization for material delivery and assembly.

Production and Installation

The entire production process was managed internally by Progim Sign, ensuring high-quality standards and full compliance with MG Motor’s requirements. The installation covered:

  • External signage, including logos and channel letters on the facade.
  • Illuminated totems for identifying the dealership and service areas.
  • Illuminated tracks and brand walls to reinforce brand presence.
  • Interior furnishings, featuring sales desks, wall graphics, waiting areas, furniture, and a dedicated car launch zone with a custom carpet and pendant lighting.

Two specialized teams handled the installation:

  • Signage and lighting team, responsible for visual and structural elements.
  • Carpentry and furnishing team, handling custom furniture and decorative graphics.

Logistics and Authorization Management

All materials were delivered directly to the dealership and unloaded by Progim Sign technicians on the same day as the installation, optimizing workflow efficiency. The dealership managed the administrative authorizations, while Progim Sign ensured full compliance with MG Motor’s installation standards.

Final Outcome and Client Satisfaction

The rebranding of Gruppo Bossoni SPA significantly enhanced the dealership’s visibility, creating a welcoming and brand-consistent environment.

The project received positive feedback from both the client and MG representatives, including Giuseppe Famularo, MG’s Network Development Manager. The quality of execution and on-time delivery strengthened the trust between Gruppo Bossoni and Progim Sign, confirming the effectiveness of an integrated rebranding approach in the automotive sector.
