Progim Sign successfully completed an exterior rebranding project for the SKODA – Autocogliati Merate dealership, commissioned by Volkswagen Group Italia. This intervention marked a significant step in aligning the dealership with SKODA’s new visual identity standards, ensuring a modern and brand-consistent appearance.

Design and Production Activities

The project began with a technical survey conducted by the Progim Sign team, essential for determining the necessary preparations for replacing the existing signage with new elements. Following the site inspection, a graphic design plan was developed to facilitate the image transformation, including technical details for all installation components.

The production of the signage was entrusted to the certified European supplier Prolicht, in compliance with the brand’s required standards. The elements produced and installed included:

  • Totem
  • Communication Wall
  • Logo Wall
  • Fascia
  • Vertical Cladding
  • Entrance Portal

Installation and Operational Management

Once the materials were received, the installation activities were carried out on-site. The initial phase involved removing the old signage, followed by the installation of the new elements. The process was managed by a team of two specialized technicians, supported by a crane for the installation of the totem and entrance portal, while other elements were mounted using an aerial platform.

The entire process was completed within two weeks, during which the team ensured a smooth and orderly transition, minimizing disruptions to the dealership’s daily operations.

Final Outcome and Client Satisfaction

The project was successfully completed, achieving full client satisfaction. Progim Sign submitted a photographic report and a compliance certificate to Volkswagen Group Italia, receiving positive feedback for the work carried out.

The newly rebranded Autocogliati Merate dealership now perfectly reflects SKODA’s visual identity standards, enhancing brand visibility and perception.
