Project Objective

The intervention carried out by Progim Sign at the Toyota Autotorino dealership in Gattico, in the province of Novara, is part of Toyota Motor Italia’s national rebranding program. The objective was to update the dealership’s exterior appearance in line with the brand’s new visual standards, through the installation of new signage and coordinated structures.

Preliminary Activities and Coordination

The project commenced with the execution of technical surveys, which are essential for developing the graphic project and defining the executive drawings. Following this, Progim Sign’s Project Managers handled the coordination among all parties involved, playing an active role in the planning of activities and in the direct relationship with the client and technical teams.

Administrative procedures were managed directly by the dealership through its own technical office, while Progim oversaw the planning of preparatory work as the operational contact point.

Production and Installation of Signage

The external signage was produced by Prolicht, a certified supplier for Toyota, who created:

  • Pole with double-sided sign
  • Facade screen
  • Dealer name (corporate identity)
  • Toyota logo

The material was delivered directly on site and installed by a specialized Progim team, which carried out all operations ensuring fast turnaround times and high execution precision.

Final Result

The intervention was completed successfully. The new signage enhances the dealership’s visibility along the main road and strengthens Toyota’s brand image, offering a visual identity fully consistent with the rest of the network.

The coordination between Progim’s Project Managers and the dealership made it possible to meet the deadlines and fully satisfy the client’s expectations, confirming the effectiveness of the adopted operational approach.
