Project Objective
The aim of the project was the external brand identification of the Lexus Select Nordauto facility in Venice, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated image aligned with the brand’s visual standards.
The intervention focused exclusively on the dealership’s exterior and required full management of surveys, design, installation, and coordination activities.
Activities and Implemented Solutions
The project included:
- Technical surveys and subsequent drafting of the project book, in line with brand specifications
- Signage production by Prolicht, certified supplier for Toyota Motor Italia
- On-site installation of totem signage, channel letters, and directional signs
- Supply and installation of signage for customer parking and access areas
All activities were managed directly by Progim Sign, under the supervision of Project Manager Adele Bernardi. This ensured smooth execution from material acceptance to final installation, carried out by a specialized team using aerial platforms and lifting equipment.
Management and Coordination
Progim Sign was entrusted with the entire site supervision. It planned and monitored every operational phase with care and expertise.
On-site coordination allowed the team to maintain high-quality standards and respect the established timelines, delivering an execution that fully met the client’s expectations.
Final Result
The intervention enabled the Lexus Select Nordauto facility to be fully aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
