Project Manager: Diego Canidio
Tailored Brand Identity
The work at the Scotti dealership in Pisa, part of the DR Automobiles network, concentrated solely on external identification. The building’s architectural features required a custom design approach, with modifications made during the process. Notably, the absence of one of the planned openings led to the addition of a personalized graphic to preserve the overall visual balance of the facade.
Activities and Solutions Implemented
- Technical survey and graphic project development by Progim
- In-house production of signage elements: façade strip, totem, and custom wall graphic
- Integration of a quad wall graphic on a dedicated frame, designed to match the architectural rhythm
- Direct coordination with the dealership for all preparatory activities
- Single logistic delivery managed via crane truck for totem unloading and installation
- On-site installation carried out by a specialized team
A Creative Solution for an Asymmetrical Façade
The building’s layout, with three openings instead of four, presented a potential challenge to the project’s visual symmetry. To address this, a custom exterior wall graphic was designed and installed on a dedicated metal frame. This solution unified the façade’s appearance while remaining fully aligned with the DR Automobiles visual identity.
Project Supervision and Quality
The entire project was managed by Progim Sign under the supervision of Project Manager Diego Canidio, with final layout approval granted in direct consultation with the brand headquarters.
Final Result
The project fully met the client’s expectations, delivering a visual outcome consistent with DR brand standards while effectively resolving the site’s technical challenges.
