Project Objective

The intervention at the Gruppo Ferrari dealership in Porto Mantovano aimed to update the facility following the latest visual standards of the Nissan brand.
The project focused exclusively on the structure’s exterior, involving the replacement and renewal of several brand elements.

Activities and Solutions Implemented

The project included the creation and installation of several signage elements and structures, such as:

  • Facade band, designed to align the building’s aesthetic with Nissan standards
  • Nissan tablet, a central visual component of the brand’s updated identity
  • Channel letters with Nissan logo and dealer name, installed to ensure both visibility and long-term durability
  • Double-sided Service signage and single-sided signs for entrances
  • Retrofit of the existing totem, involving replacement of the upper section and application of the new Nissan logo

A distinctive aspect of the project was the transfer of the totem from a previous Gruppo Ferrari location. The removal and rebranding process, carried out via retrofit, required precise measurements and specific site surveys to ensure accuracy.

Production and Installation

Visotec, a certified Nissan Europe supplier, handled signage production, while Progim Sign managed the entire installation process.
Operations were carefully planned, with materials delivered in a single shipment directly to the site and installation carried out by a specialized three-person team.

Cranes and aerial platforms were used to handle the larger components, such as the totem and channel letters. A second technical survey was conducted specifically for the totem retrofit, confirming the level of precision required for this type of work.

Coordination and Management

All preparatory activities and coordination among all parties were managed directly by Progim Sign, who oversaw the entire process independently and liaised with the dealership to ensure site efficiency and timeline compliance.

Final Result

The project was completed, delivering a visually refreshed facility for Gruppo Ferrari that aligns perfectly with Nissan’s institutional image.
The intervention significantly improved the dealership’s visual impact, reinforcing the brand’s presence in the area.
