Project Managers: Francesco Barbaglio and Adele Bernardi

Progim Sign managed the installation of the external signage for the Lario MI Auto dealership in Milan, commissioned directly by the dealership. The project aimed to ensure a visual representation consistent with Lotus‘s brand identity, contributing to a modern and high-standard image aligned with the parent company’s expectations.

Project Planning and Coordination

The project management required close collaboration between Progim Sign and the Lario MI Auto dealership to ensure that every phase was completed in compliance with quality standards and agreed timelines.

The installation was preceded by meticulous planning of preparatory activities, including obtaining all necessary administrative permits from the Municipality of Milan. Thanks to our experience and in-depth knowledge of local procedures, we were able to secure the permits quickly and seamlessly.

The trust-based relationship established with the client facilitated smooth communication and allowed each phase of the project to be addressed effectively. This ensured not only the meeting of deadlines but also an organized and precise installation process.

On-Site Installation and Final Outcome

The installation of the signage was carried out in multiple phases. After positioning the background panels, individual Lotus letters were installed, followed by electrical wiring for illumination. Each stage was executed with meticulous care, taking into account the specific site conditions and the dealership’s requirements.

The final result achieved a modern and distinctive visual impact, enhancing the dealership’s image and making it easily recognizable. Lario MI Auto expressed full satisfaction with the quality of the work carried out and the adherence to delivery timelines. This project further strengthened the relationship of trust between Progim Sign and the dealership, once again demonstrating our ability to successfully manage complex projects while strictly adhering to the specifications of the parent company, in this case, Lotus.
