Progim Sign completed a restyling project for the Autosi Srl dealership in Lucca, in collaboration with SAIC Motor Italy, the representative of the MG Motor brand. The project encompassed exterior and interior upgrades, aiming for a comprehensive renewal to enhance the MG brand image and provide customers with a modern, functional environment.

Planning and Design of the Restyling

The project began with a site inspection to gather all the necessary data for implementing the dealership’s interior and exterior layout. This phase was followed by an initial draft of the graphic project, which was shared with MG Motor headquarters for approval and later discussed with Autosi Srl to evaluate specific needs.
The design phase was crucial to ensure a consistent and visually appealing layout aligned with MG’s brand concept.

Production and Installation: Interiors and Exteriors

Progim Sign managed the production of all required elements, including interior furnishings, brand walls, and customization of the entrance portal.
The installation phase involved two dedicated teams, one focusing on the exteriors and the other on the interiors, working simultaneously to meet the dealership’s grand opening deadline.

Exterior Work

The exterior work included installing channel letters representing the new MG logo and customizing the existing entrance portal to align with the brand’s visual identity. Additionally, a single-sided signboard was installed to designate the post-sales area and workshop, ensuring clear identification of the dealership’s zones for customers.

Interior Work

The dealership’s interiors were modernized with new furnishings for the customer waiting area. The launch area for cars was redesigned, and the sales desks were outfitted with desks, drawer units, and posters showcasing MG vehicles. Additional installations included a merchandising unit, monitors displaying brand images, and single-sided MG logos in both the showroom and post-sales areas.

Project Coordination and Management

Project Managers Riccardo Mussini and Francesco Barbaglio ensured effective coordination among the work teams, the dealership, and MG Motor headquarters, meeting all deadlines and guaranteeing the quality of the work.
After the project was approved, production schedules were set, and installation dates were planned. A detailed checklist of tasks was provided to the dealership to facilitate project execution.
The project logistics were managed to minimize disruption to the dealership’s operations, with all materials delivered in a single shipment and simultaneous installation of interior and exterior elements. This organized approach allowed the project to be completed on time, ensuring the dealership’s readiness for its grand opening.

Final Outcome and Client Satisfaction

The project concluded with full client satisfaction. Autosi Srl expressed appreciation for the quality of the work and the efficiency demonstrated by the Progim Sign team. Additionally, the MG Motor representative commended the results, emphasizing how they perfectly reflect the brand’s identity.
