Project Objective
The intervention at Autostar’s Piacenza facility is part of KIA’s internal brand identification initiative. It aims to align the dealership with the brand’s international standards and enhance its image through the installation of the iconic Infinity Front red arch and other distinctive elements.
Activities and Implemented Solutions
The project focused exclusively on the dealership’s interior and required careful planning—particularly regarding the installation of the Infinity Front under non-standard conditions.
The arch, produced by Absolute, could not be fixed directly to the walls or ceiling due to the building’s structure. The dealership built a custom metal support frame to overcome this issue, later finished with drywall. The final result is a seamlessly integrated element that adds depth and character to the display area.
In parallel, Progim Sign managed the installation of all other furnishings and finishes provided by certified KIA partners:
- Vizona for mobile furnishings
- Grossfillex for wood-effect wall panels
- Quoin for graphic design
The materials, received by Progim’s warehouse from the various suppliers, were delivered and installed in a single phase, optimizing time and resources.
Coordination and Installation
The project involved close collaboration between Progim Sign and the dealership’s technical contact to coordinate the preparatory work required for the arch’s support structure.
The entire installation process was carried out by a specialized Progim team, using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and adherence to the agreed timeline.
Final Result
The intervention transformed the dealership’s entrance into a strongly defined space that immediately conveys KIA’s visual identity. The perfect integration of the arch, wall panels, and interior furnishings resulted in a modern and recognizable environment, enhancing the overall image of the showroom.
Thanks to meticulous project management and strong collaboration among all stakeholders, Progim Sign completed a project of high representational value, confirming its role as a reliable partner for brand identity and coordinated image projects even in complex settings.
