Client: Hyundai Motor Company Italy
Dealership: Nuova AutoAlpina
Address: C.so Savona, 85 b– Moncalieri (TO)
Project Managers: Stefania Scura, Mattia Molteni Bassi

Project Objective

The project at the Panero X AutoAlpina site in Moncalieri aimed to implement full Hyundai brand identification, involving both the exterior and interior of the building. The objective was to deliver a fully brand-compliant showroom that meets Hyundai’s corporate identity standards.

Executed Activities and Project Coordination

The project included:

  • Installation of exterior signage: totem, entrance portal, fascia, and test drive signs, all produced by Westiform, Hyundai’s certified supplier;
  • Full setup of interior furnishings provided by Vizona, including desks, waiting areas, lighting fixtures, and other functional furniture;
  • Architectural and graphic design development managed by Progim via the IDEA studio. This included the full interior and exterior design pack and a three-phase technical survey: initial, intermediate (to verify infrastructure readiness), and final (to confirm compliance);
  • On-site logistics: material delivery was coordinated by Progim in three stages, including truck unloading and operational flow planning for efficient site distribution.

The installation was carried out by a single specialized team handling both signage and furnishings.

Site Management, Supervision, and Timeline

Site supervision was entirely managed by Progim Sign in close collaboration with architect Andrea Padovani, Hyundai Italy‘s official representative. Due to a tight timeline leading up to the scheduled June opening, regular weekly progress checks with all partners were essential to stay on track.

Progim also handled all administrative procedures to obtain the necessary authorizations from environmental protection, the Municipality, and ANAS, as the building features signage visible on three sides facing public areas.

Final Result

The project was successfully completed, delivering a fully operational Hyundai dealership that complies with European standards. Efficient project management, collaboration among all involved professionals, and strict adherence to deadlines earned the client’s full trust and sparked further interest from Hyundai Italy’s management team.
