KIA interior fit-out for AutoTorino Cremona
Progim Sign completed the KIA interior fit-out for the AutoTorino di Cremona dealership in Cremona, working on the furniture, walls and Infinity Front. The project stood out for a specific technical requirement linked to the installation of the arch near a sliding door, which called for a dedicated bracket.
The intervention included an on-site technical inspection, coordination with the contractor appointed by the dealership, and the management of all activities needed to deliver a result in line with KIA brand standards.
An interior project designed around the showroom identity
The work carried out at AutoTorino Cremona focused on the dealership’s interior spaces, with the aim of integrating the elements required by the KIA layout into the showroom.
Furniture, walls and the Infinity Front work together to define the visual identity of the space and make the brand more recognisable inside the dealership. In an automotive showroom, attention to the interior is essential: it shapes the customer journey and creates continuity between brand identity, spatial design and day-to-day functionality.
The project used elements produced by KIA-approved suppliers: Vizona for the furniture, Grossfillex for the walls and Absolute for the arch. The layout was developed by QUOIN, providing the design framework needed to ensure full consistency with the image standards required by the manufacturer.
Project coordination and the technical solution
The project was managed by Progim Sign Project Managers Stefania Scura and Mattia Molteni Bassi, who coordinated every operational phase: from the preliminary technical assessment and production management through to logistics and final installation.
During the project, ongoing dialogue with KIA representatives Luca Di Matteo,, Dealer Network Analysis Specialist, and Alessandra Patota,, Space Identity and Contract Specialist, helped keep the intervention aligned with the brand guidelines and the standards required across the dealership network.
The most distinctive aspect of the project concerned the installation of the Infinity Front. During the technical inspection, it became clear that a special bracket would be needed to fix the element to the sliding door frame, in addition to the standard ceiling anchoring.
The dealership reinforced the suspended ceiling, while Progim Sign designed and produced a bracket capable of integrating the technical solution into the fit-out without compromising the overall look. This made it possible to achieve a clean, uniform visual result, turning a structural constraint into a solution fully integrated into the showroom.
Preparation, logistics and installation
Before installation, Progim Sign coordinated with the contractor appointed by the dealership for the suspended ceiling reinforcement and carried out a technical inspection with the technicians present on site.
The material was received at the Progim Sign warehouse, checked and then delivered to the Cremona site. Installation was carried out by a two-person team, responsible for fitting all the elements included in the project according to the agreed schedule.
A positive result for the AutoTorino Cremona showroom
The project was completed successfully thanks to the careful management of the technical, production and installation phases.
The intervention carried out by Progim Sign for AutoTorino Cremona shows how even predefined layouts can require tailored solutions when specific site conditions arise. Through the coordination of the Project Managers, collaboration with the KIA representatives and the contribution of approved suppliers, the team delivered a showroom that is consistent with the brand identity, functional for the dealership and designed to enhance the customer experience.
