A nationwide project to support the launch of the new Škoda Elroq
For the launch of the new Škoda Elroq, Škoda Auto Italia appointed Progim Sign to lead the operational coordination of a nationwide project involving the entire Italian dealership network.
The objective was to standardise visual communication across all brand locations by replacing the graphic banners (fabric skins) on the Communication Walls with a new coordinated layout dedicated to the Elroq model.
Managed by Project Manager Mattia Molteni Bassi, the rollout covered approximately 60 dealerships nationwide, ensuring consistent aesthetics and aligned delivery timelines.
Planning and operational management
The project required detailed planning to enable a synchronised execution on a national scale. Following design approval by Škoda’s creative team, production of the new graphic banners was assigned to Prolicht, a certified partner for Škoda corporate signage supply.
Once the materials were received, Progim Sign managed central logistics by:
- sorting the banners by geographic area;
- coordinating shipments to local installation crews (one per region).
Each installation was carried out by a two-person team of specialised technicians, using standardised procedures to ensure a consistent quality level across all sites.
Visual quality and attention to detail
Although the project did not include structural modifications, the focus on the final quality remained a priority, ensuring full compliance with Škoda’s visual standards.
Completed within a tight timeframe, the operation refreshed the entire network’s look, supporting the launch campaign for the new Elroq SUV with immediate, consistent and recognisable communication in every Italian dealership.
