One new location, two brands, one unified management
The project for Gruppo Vis Varese involved the complete relocation of the Mazda dealership and the integration of the Ford brand within the new showroom space.
The work was divided into two main areas: both interior and exterior for Mazda, and exterior only for Ford. The goal was to ensure visual, functional, and logistical consistency within a fully renovated building.
Activities and Implemented Solutions
The intervention required integrated and customized project management:
- Dismantling and full transfer of furniture and signage from the previous location;
- Relocation of Mazda‘s internal and external brand clips and exterior totem;
- Production and installation of new elements including Mazda logo clip and company name signage;
- Transfer of interior furnishings: color display stands, wheel display stands, lounge area with armchairs, table, acoustic panels, CIU reception desk with related seating;
- Mazda standard lighting systems (LED tracks, pendant lamps) were moved independently by the dealership;
- For Ford, production and brand-new installation of all external identification elements: totem, welcome panels, logo clip, and company name.
All activities were coordinated with the technical support of the firm Vartolo Architecture and Engineering, led by Arch. Gian Maria Vartolo, who provided the architectural details necessary for integrating signage into the new facade, ensuring compliance with the building’s specifications.
Production and Installation
Prolicht, an approved supplier, produced all new Mazda elements, while Visotec, a certified European partner, handled Ford’s signage. A specialized technical team oversaw the complete transfer, installation, and setup of all identification elements.
Project Coordination and Supervision
Progim Sign handled every operational detail, from managing permits to receiving and coordinating materials on site, ensuring smooth operation and communication between suppliers and the dealership.
Worksite supervision was overseen by Project Manager Riccardo Mussini for Mazda and Francesco Barbaglio for Ford, with shared planning and ongoing communication with all involved parties.
Final Outcome
The intervention confirmed Progim Sign’s ability to manage complex, multi-brand, multi-site projects, enhancing each brand’s identity within a shared space. The dealership’s satisfaction and the quality of the final result further demonstrate the expertise gained in the automotive sector and the trust placed in our team.
