A Delivery Hub dedicated to the final stage of the customer journey
For the Nordauto site in Montebelluna, Toyota Motor Italia designated a dedicated facility to serve as a Handover Hub (Delivery Center), separate from the showroom and the standard sales operations. Progim Sign was involved to manage the identification of this space, making it immediately recognisable within the overall complex and perfectly consistent with Toyota’s brand image.
The Handover Hub was created to enhance the vehicle delivery moment: a dedicated, orderly environment with clear routes, where customers perceive attention and care from the moment they arrive on site.
Site analysis and operational setup
The intervention started with a technical survey at the Montebelluna site along Via Feltrina Sud. During this phase, the following were assessed:
- the position of the building designated as the Delivery Center in relation to road access and the rest of the Nordauto complex;
- the main viewpoints for customers arriving by car;
- the available surfaces for installing the new signage.
Based on these evaluations, an identification proposal was defined to highlight the role of the Delivery Center while complying with the requirements set out in the Toyota Corporate Identity manual.
Progim Sign also managed the administrative procedures required for signage installation, coordinating with the competent offices to align permit timelines with the work schedule.
Prolicht signage for Delivery Center identification
For the production of the signage dedicated to the Handover Hub, the project relied on Prolicht, Toyota’s approved supplier for Corporate Identity elements.
The Progim Sign team coordinated with Prolicht to manage:
- the supply process for the Montebelluna site;
- the scheduling of installation activities based on available space and access conditions;
- the on-site installation of the Delivery Center signage.
The priority of the intervention was clarity: customers accessing from Via Feltrina Sud must be able to quickly identify where the delivery area is and how to reach it, without overlap with other internal flows within the facility.
A specialised site for vehicle deliveries
The Toyota Nordauto Handover Hub in Montebelluna is not a simple extension of the existing façade, but a dedicated facility designed to concentrate all activities related to new vehicle deliveries in one place.
In this context, Progim Sign’s intervention contributed to:
- visually distinguishing the Delivery Center from the site’s other functions;
- making the route from access to parking and vehicle handover more intuitive;
- strengthening Toyota brand consistency even in an area separate from the main showroom.
Collaboration and control of work phases
The Montebelluna project is part of the collaboration between Toyota Motor Italia, Prolicht and Progim Sign for the development of dedicated sites and targeted visual identity interventions across the automotive network.
Having a dedicated Project Manager Adele Bernardi made it possible to coordinate the survey, permitting, supplies and installation, keeping each phase under control and ensuring full alignment with Toyota Motor Italia’s objectives.
Result
Today, the Toyota Nordauto Handover Hub in Montebelluna is a clear and easily readable reference point within the complex, with an image aligned to Toyota Corporate Identity and signage designed to guide customers all the way to the delivery moment.
The intervention confirms Progim Sign’s role as a partner in managing specialised identification and rebranding projects within the automotive sector—from the site survey and authorisation phase through to the final installation of the signage.
